Service is written in capital letters. Very good equipment of the rooms and the bathroom, very varied and good breakfast, also with a rich choice of cereals and very good coffee. The in-house parking spaces are very helpful. The location in absolute proximity to the centre, but nevertheless it is very quiet even when the window is open. What more could you ask for?

Our room was well-appointed and provided with 3 twin beds, nice decoration and tea/coffee facilities. The location was magnificent and amazing, for example, a famous pedestrian street was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Dust on the heater. Zurich is simply very expensive for foreigners, prices are high with completely normal standard equipment.

In the morning a woman spoke in Italian very loudly, we don't know if it was a guest or someone from the staff. And the room was too hot.
